Im super excited about this stainless steel pots and pans I took days to decide on which stuff that I wanted, but Im new to stainless steel and after multiple reviews and research I chose this and Im glad I did. They seem to be very good quality heavy duty pretty sturdy, not lightweight, but not too heavy not like cast-iron but there Hefty and thats what I need. I havent used them yet, but I will be cooking with them tonight and I will update my reviews as time goes on, but if youre looking for a good quality, sturdy stainless steel set of pots and pans I think this is a way to go and the priceis a fraction of some higher ones that compare and the quality so thank you again for another great product. NutriChef kitchenware pots & pans high-qualified basic kitchen cookware, non-stick (20-piece set), one size.

Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware. Viking Contemporary 3-Ply Cookware combines form with functionality. Inspired by the Windsor pan shape, it is designed to create a modern look while maximizing performance and efficiency. The conical sides are angled out to provide more surface area for evaporation, while the walls retain more heat resulting in faster cooking times. The vented glass lids allow you to monitor the cooking progress of your meal while reducing the chance of boil-overs. Sealed rims completely encapsulate the aluminum layer inside the stainless steel, preventing it from coming into contact with food. Internal volume markings on sauce and saute pans in both US and metric units make measuring easy. Viking Contemporary 3-Ply Cookware combines a layer of aluminum sandwiched between heavy-gauge stainless steel. The aluminum core provides exceptional heat transfer throughout the cookware, while the magnetic stainless steel exterior makes it incredibly durable and safe for all cooktops, including induction. The Viking signature stay-cool handles are ergonomically designed for a secure grip, comfort and balance, while remaining cool to the touch. The cookware is oven, broiler and grill safe up to 600°F/315°C (oven safe up to 400°F/204°C with glass lid), dishwasher safe and features a manufacturer's limited lifetime warranty. I'm not a professional cook, or accomplished amateur, but I do cook regularly, and I prefer cooking on stainless steel as opposed to non-stick. This is a solidly made 8 inch frying pan, that feels like it will last forever. It's perfect size for when you don't need to use a larger frying pan. It's a little heavier than what I was expecting, but overall very happy with the purchase.. Bobf. Philadelphia, PA. Mon Sep 28 2026
