Revered by chefs worldwide, copper is recognized as one of the most efficient metals to cook with due to the exceptional heat transfer and control that copper provides. Copper cookware is an essential tool for creating amazing sauces and reductions as well as delicate preparations that require exacting temperatures like many desserts. Copper responds to temperature changes quickly, allowing you to adjust cooking temperature on the fly with faster results than other metals. The Viking 4-ply Contemporary Copper Cookware modernizes cooking with copper by adding an induction capable cooking base; traditional copper was not induction compatible. To make the pan induction capable, we grind the copper off the bottom of the pan, exposing the stainless steel layer. The multi-ply clad construction transfers heat efficiently across the bottom of the pan as well as up the sides. The exterior copper layer provides exceptional temperature control. The unexposed core is stainless steel and aluminum to transfer the heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan. The interior cooking surface is a non-reactive surgical grade 304 stainless steel which will not react with the acids in your food or impart a metal taste. The set includes domed metal lids that help lock in flavor as you steam or braise. The dome shaped lid helps the condensation fall back into the pan, keeping your food moist during cooking. The interior of the saucepan, sauté pan, and stockpot feature convenient measurement marking to allow you to add water without having to use a separate measuring cup. Signature Viking handles are solid cast from stainless steel and feature a heat break to help the handles stay cooler during use. They will get hotter during use when using a gas stove, so we always recommend using protection when touching cookware that has been heated. Viking Contemporary Copper is durable for stovetop use, functional enough to finish or cook dishes in the oven to 600°F and elegant enough to take to the table for serving. We recommend hand washing to maintain the luster of your cookware. It’s love at first site. These pans are everything I expected. I cooked eggs on them this morning, flawlessly. Added bonus Hestan stands by recycling, so if you donate your old pots and pans, they will send you fancy chefs apron. Just go to their official website and click donate then you simply put in your Wayfair receipt and your donation receipt and that’s it.. Holly. Pickering, MO. Thu Jun 04 2026

Enjoy effortless cooking with this stylish cookware set featuring convenient stackable pieces for space saving storage . Crafted with cool-touch handles for comfortable handling, this set includes a selection of essential pots and pans to support your culinary adventures.

Really nice set- was better than expected. Arrived packaged with no visible box damage. Can be carried by one person. All pieces are assembled which is nice. Good quality and weight to them but not too heavy to move about in one hand. So far has been very easy to clean up. Lids for all the pots. One skillet a lid can fit on. The sizes are good size for a pot of spaghetti or soup. A nice skillet size for a grill cheese sandwich. Can be used by individual or for a family. Good versatile set. Wasn’t sure about the blue but in person it is a nice hue of blue. Would recommend and would order again.. Debra. Mundelein, IL. Thu Jun 23 2022

I've had Farberware stainless for 50 years, so I trust the brand. I wish they'd put another sauce pan (mid size) in the set rather than 2 skillets. And I'd like a lid for each pan - interchangeable would be fine. The small sauce pan doesn't come with a lid and the lids don't fit the small skillet. I do like the glass lids.. Vivian.
