Stainless steel remains popular in kitchen designs, which is why we love the fresh rose-gold accented lids on this set of trash cans. Overall, the stainless steel finish still lends space for the polish and sheen at the heart of its industrial appeal, but while adding a rosiness that's warm and welcoming. Place the larger 30L can in the kitchen, and stash the mini 5L trash can in a home office or a bathroom. Both trash cans in the set function the same, so expect a contactless operation from the step pedal and a soft close from those rose-gold lids. When it’s full, a removable plastic liner makes hauling trash outside a breeze.
This set was the perfect size for my modest size kitchen and bathroom. The contrasting copper top is stylish. My only criticism is the lack of a Stay-Open Lid function. Your are required to press the pedal continuous to hold it open. Although it is a soft close, on the larger size, it has a slight noise when closing but this is reduced with a plastic trash liner. I can confirm that it does contain odors. This two piece set is a good value for the quality an price.. Erika. San Leandro, CA. Tue Jan 24 2023
