The Sterilla collection combines the look of natural rattan with the practicality of vinyl. Designed with a vinyl surface and a polyester backing, each placemat features a distinctive woven texture that beautifully emulates natural fiber. Bring a soft, refined touch to your dining table with these pearl-shine textured vinyl placemats. The subtle pearlescent finish reflects light beautifully, creating an elegant look that works effortlessly for both everyday meals and special gatherings. Designed with an embossed floral pattern, the placemats feature raised champagne-gold lines over a softly recessed white background, creating subtle texture and dimension while maintaining a smooth, full-coverage surface. The versatile design blends easily with modern, glam, and transitional interiors. Crafted from high-quality PVC, these placemats are designed for both style and everyday functionality. The water-resistant surface wipes clean easily for low-maintenance care, while the heat-resistant design withstands temperatures up to 167°F (75°C) for daily dining use. To help preserve the appearance and longevity of the placemats, we recommend avoiding direct contact with cookware or dishes immediately removed from high heat. If minor creases occur during packaging or shipping, simply lay the placemats flat under a heavy book or tray to help restore a smooth appearance.

This item was provided to me for free in order to write this review. Opinions expressed are my own. These are beautiful placemats. Because they are vinyl, they should not soak up any food or stain. However the flower pattern is raised, so food might get stuck in the crevices. But because of the material, it should be fairly easy to get any stuck food out with a brush.. Anonymous. Illinois. The modern look of this placemat is sure to give any table an edge. Its innovative design combines stylized netting with metallic foil for a unique update on contemporary linens. At first glance this design appears to be real metal, however, upon closer inspection, it is clearly a very sophisticated and refined textile. The open abstract netting is ‘metalized' to form the metallic looking surface and thus becomes a truly contemporary lace.
