Takes a bit to heat up to 750 for a Neapolitan style pizza. I haven’t times it but I would guess between 15-30mins. Once it is heated though it makes a really great pizza. Way better than anything you could get with a normal oven. I have not tested out the air fry mode but I imagine it is quite capable. This oven is nice. The inside is around 14 ½ inches wide, 11 3/4 inches deep from front to back and around 9 inches tall on the inside give or take. Using it is prety straightforward. The top getd pretty hot and the glass window in the front can get hot as well, but the handle and the sides stay cool. The oven comes with thick silicone mits, a pizza pan, a rotisserie set up, a long pan, a crumb tray, and a wire rack. I have been using it since I bought it and it cooks fast due to the heating elements on both the top and bottom of the rack. I think I will get a lot of use out of this. Dont be afraid of this pizza oven, at first look at it when we took out of the box it was like all white. I thought it was damaged but it wasnt. It had a white plastic coating on it that you have to peel off. It helped protect the stainless steel. Only bad thing about it is that no matter how much they pack the ceramic plate it was broken a corner. Its a trial and air and we did make a good pizza the first night. Was well worth it.. Tammy.
