I was sent a replacement place setting of bone china. The china arrived in its original packaging with no outside protection or packaging (bubble wrap, styrofoam peanuts, etc.). When the setting arrived the dinner plate and salad plate were broken into multiple pieces. Very disappointed that Wayfair thought this would work in today's shipping methods.. Karen. O'fallon, IL.
