The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. I have made meatloaf maybe 2 times in 40 years but saw this pan and had to try it. My meatloaf was 2lbs of beef and a cup and a half of minced veggies and it fit the pan perfectly. It was easy to remove the loaf when done and the 1/4 inch well on the bottom would allow you to cook higher fat content beef. Best of all its non stick so the clean up is easy. Ive used a Pullman loaf before and this is exactly what you need if you want that sandwich bread loaf that the store sells. For a more domed top just bake without the lid. My only pet peeve is that most Pullman loaves are sold in a set, one full loaf and a smaller half loaf. This listing has two loaves pictured but apparently what I ordered was just the half loaf.
