This is an excellent unit which I bout in the UK and no doubt I will be my goto as are the rest of my new Greenpan pan collection. Unfortunately the stainless steel housing protecting the cable to the top plate is too big so the unit cannot stand independently when storing. This design fault needs to be fixed - see photos. Also when the unit is open the upper tray is not vertical leading to oil dripping onto work top rather than in dip tray and this is probably also related to the cable housing.
