This pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. It is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. The canner is constructed of heavy-gauge aluminum with an induction-compatible stainless steel-clad base for fast, even heating. It works on gas, electric, smooth-top, and induction ranges. The deluxe pressure gauge registers precise processing pressures, which are especially important in high-altitude areas. The special air vent/cover lock allows pressure to build only when the cover is closed properly and prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. It also gives a visual indication of pressure inside the canner. Canner is versatile too! Use it as a large-capacity pressure cooker for preparing meats, poultry, soups, desserts, and more. Includes a cooking/canning rack and an 80-page easy-to-follow instruction/recipe book for canning and pressure cooking.

The Universal Aluminum Pressure Cooker is the modern evolution of the traditional Colombian pressure cooker, featuring a secure inner lid sealing system for enhanced safety and cooking performance. Designed for fast and even cooking, it helps preserve flavors and nutrients while reducing cooking time for everyday meals. Built with durable aluminum construction and ergonomic heat-resistant handles, this pressure cooker provides comfort, stability, and long-lasting reliability. Equipped with multiple advanced safety and pressure relief systems, it delivers a secure and worry-free cooking experience. Its efficient heat distribution helps create tender, flavorful meals with ease, making it ideal for soups, beans, meats, stews, rice, and traditional homemade recipes. Proudly made in Colombia, this premium-quality pressure cooker is backed by a 25-year warranty for dependable everyday use.

An 8-quart stovetop pressure cooker built for cooks who make food in quantity. The sealed environment traps steam and raises the internal temperature, so dishes that normally need two to three hours on the stovetop finish in roughly 30 to 45 minutes: dried beans without an overnight soak, stock in under an hour, tough braising cuts that pull apart with a fork. Eight quarts holds enough for a family dinner with leftovers, a weekend of meal prep portioned into containers, or a large batch of stock or chili to freeze. The lid locks into position once pressure builds and stays sealed until the pressure valve releases it, so there is no guesswork about when it is safe to open. Ergonomic handles on both sides give you a secure two-handed grip when the pot is full and heavy. Stainless steel construction resists staining, warping, and odor retention, which matters in a pot that will see acidic tomato sauces one week and stock the next. The base spreads heat evenly across the bottom rather than concentrating it in the center, reducing the scorching that affects thin-bottomed pots during long simmers. Compatible with gas, electric coil, glass and ceramic, and induction cooktops. When you are done, the cooker is dishwasher safe. Suited to everyday cooking as much as holiday batches: soups, stews, grains, legumes, and slow-simmered dishes.

Cook faster, smarter, and with confidence using the MegaChef 5 Quart Aluminum Stovetop Pressure Cooker, designed for efficiency, safety, and everyday versatility. Whether you're preparing hearty stews, tender meats, beans, or vegetables, this pressure cooker delivers reliable performance across multiple cooktops-including induction. Crafted from durable aluminum with a natural interior finish, this cooker ensures even heat distribution and easy cleanup. The two-ply aluminum and iron compounded bottom enhances heat retention and stability, making it fully induction safe while also compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic stovetops. Safety and comfort come first with a lid featuring a safety locking valve and a stay-cool helper handle for secure handling during and after cooking. For added versatility, the MegaChef pressure cooker includes a steamer insert and both 10 PSI and 15 PSI regulators, giving you precise pressure control for a wide variety of recipes.
