This trash can is the perfect size for an any kitchen. Even though it's a 10Gal can my trash liner bags that are 13Gal size still fits the can and I'm really happy with shape which is rectangular and fits right up against the wall. Also got the side bin for compost. Love it in our smaller kitchen. Dogs can’t open it and the revvious trash can hinge scratched our wall—this one doesn’t. I absolutely love this garbage can! As you can see it looks so good in my kitchen. The beige matte color matches everything in my kitchen. Looks very modern and classy. I purchased one that is 8 gallons, it is big enough for just my husband and me. The garbage bag fits perfectly and is easy to place. The back of the garbage can has a handle on it which makes it easy to move around wherever you need it. It closes softly and will stay open by just pushing back on the top. Only issue is that I was going to keep it under a shelf designed to go over a trash can. If I push it all the way in, the shelf (not moving) triggers the open.
