I like the case that holds the blades and cord. This is exactly like pictured on the website. It is easy to use and has a lot of power. I could easily whip butter. I had another hand mixer that I had for at least ten years and the blades got messed up. This new hand mixer works just as well and the case keeps all the parts together and makes for great storage. I thought about getting an ice cream maker machine and I’m so glad I got this. I read you need rock salt for machines and this bowl requires nothing. You just need to freeze it.
