I was super excited to finally get the 8qt compared to my 4qt that I've been using for about 20 years now. I only had this now for 4 months found out you have to set it on low or it will burn whatever chili or meats you are cooking in it. I was using it to chili the other day and started to smell something burning. So I looked at the outlet and the cord to find the cord was melting. Waste of money I do not recommend. Randyc. I bought this unit when I became a senior widower, purchasing it for the express purpose of cooking for one. Its 2-quart capacity is perfect for a small houshold and it performs that task beautifully and, like its big brother, is easy to clean with its two-part design. I have two larger units for family visits. Another feature i like is the simple heat control. It doesn't reset or fail during a power bump as seems to be happening with increasing frequency.. Microwave Steam Cooker made of 100% Platinum Silicone, for quick and easy cooking of vegetables and fish in just minutes. Includes timing conversion charts, cooking instructions and recipes.Ideal for 1-2 servings.

I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. I am so excited...this method was better (and faster) than my air fryer!!. Robin. Buffalo, New York. Wed Aug 20 2025

The 20-quart stainless steel water bath canner becomes your trusted ally in this culinary journey, turning the art of canning into a gratifying and rewarding process. Its spacious capacity opens up a world of possibilities, allowing you to experiment with a variety of recipes and ingredients.

I have used this for many batches of canning by this point, and it works very well. I can do relatively large loads at a time. I can get the water high enough for Quart sized jars too, but you need to manage the boil so it doesn't get too aggressive and spill out. I feel like this has been pretty versatile for me, and I don't have to worry about enamel flakes from those enamelware waterbath canners in something like this. I also love that this is induction compatible, because I had actually purchased this before replacing my stove and hadn't even taken that into consideration at the time. But this works beautifully on my new stove, though it does take up a large amount of real estate on my stove when in use.. Sara. Radford, VA. Mon Oct 12 2026
