The Hamilton Beach® Raclette Portable Party Grill is great for parties or making family meals fun. It's portable, with a large 200 square-inch nonstick grill/griddle surface on top and 8 heat-resistant warming trays below for cheeses, sauces and condiments. Raclette is a centuries-old Swiss meal that lets each person “make it their way” while enjoying relaxed conversation. The nonstick grill/griddle has variable heat controls — perfect for searing meats, shrimp and vegetables at a much higher heat. With 8 individual warming trays, each person can pick their favorite cooked foods from the grill then dip them in the warm melted cheeses and sauces below. Or each person can use their warming tray to create a unique custom dish by combining their favorite grilled foods, cheeses and condiments. The raclette trays are great for keeping individual servings warm while other foods cook on the grill. The light on the grill illuminates when it's on as a reminder to turn it off when you're finished cooking. The grill comes with everything you need to start cooking — just add your own fresh ingredients. Easy to clean — the PFAS-free ceramic nonstick grill plate, warming trays and spatula are all dishwasher safe.
