A best seller and a must-have for your canning stockpile! This Farm To Table 4 Qt. Ellory Canning Rack will secure your jars while you work on another batch. The rack elevates jars off the bottom of the pot to prevent glass breakage. The BPA free, high-temperature resistant nylon is effective and durable - will not rust like common chrome racks! For use with a large stock pot, the rack securely holds 4-quart jars OR 7-pint jars at a time. Preserve your canning experience.

VERY useful for antique jars & crocks - durable. Karen. Potsdam, NY. Wed Apr 16 2025

It would grip the jar lid better if it didn't have the plastic cover. Years ago I had one just like this without the plastic cover and it gripped the jar better. I will be removing the plastic from this one.. James. Salem, MA. Fri May 05 2017

This cooking rack is used to hold jars off the bottom of the unit while canning. It is also placed in the bottom of the cooker when it is desired to keep food out of the cooking liquid when cooking, i.e. when steaming vegetables.

Had for several years now and still like new after much use. A good find!. Brenda. Carterville, IL. Tue Aug 26 2025

I like that the cuisinox gasket is as advertised and the measurements are standardized. I found it can be used with many other pressure cooker brands if the measurements match.. Sarah. NC. Mon Jan 17 2022
