We've been using Lloyd Pizza pans for years and when we needed new sheet pans, my husband reminded me we can get Lloyd! I was excited to see them on Wayfair too! They cook well and hold up well over time. They do almost look "used" when they show up...there are usually some marks that look odd, but that is just normal for Lloyd pans (they even say this on the slip in the packaging). These 15.8" X 11.3" aluminum jelly roll pans are just what I need to update my baking pans. I've already washed them and added them to my collection. I usually bake with parchment, but these pans are nonstick so that's a benefit. The care instructions on the back of the packaging are worth reading. I was pleasantly surprised by these Jelly Roll sheet pans. They feel quite sturdy and thick not flimsy. They came packaged very well in individual boxes. The 15.8x 11.3 is smaller than what I usually use but they are great for baking cookies and of course jelly rolls. Will be using these for all my Thanksgiving and Christmas baking.. Luz. I expected these to be bigger but that’s my fault. I didn’t pay attention to the measurements. These are 13”x9.5” so think of a little bit bigger than printer paper.
