So I believe I bought this jelly roll pan a couple of years ago. I am careful to wash and dry immediately after each use. I don't put it into the dishwasher and avoid harsh chemicals. This half sheet pan was larger than I expected. It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, it’s pretty light. It does suggest you hand wash this pan which isn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I baked some frozen biscuits, using parchment paper and they came out perfectly. The pan didn’t warp in the oven, which I was concerned about because of how light the pan is. I have a feeling these baking pans are going to change my life. When I make cookies I just make a double batch because they don’t last long. As a result it takes longer to cook them on regular sheets at ten minute per pan. But it will be so nice to get them cooked sooner and less to wash too.
