This half sheet pan was larger than I expected. It’s not as heavy as I thought it would be, it’s pretty light. It does suggest you hand wash this pan which isn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I baked some frozen biscuits, using parchment paper and they came out perfectly. The pan didn’t warp in the oven, which I was concerned about because of how light the pan is.
