Bon Chef 3 wall cold wave miracle bowl. Pre-freezing these bowls will keep your food cold for 8 hours at ambient temperature. Outer air chamber prevents the bowl from creating condensation while keeping the inner chamber gel frozen. In Bon Chef's test results, a bowl was put in the freezer until gel was frozen. 35 Degree F, potato salad was placed in the bowl without lid and stirred every 30 minutes. After 8 hours the potato salad was at 38 degree F. Great product for your next picnic or party requiring no ice to keep your food cold. Handling instructions: Never place your Cold Wave bowl in an oven, microwave or any other heat source this may damage your bowl. Dish washer safe or hand wash. Never use abrasive scouring pads or cleaners. When your Cold Wave bowl is filled with food, you may have to occassionally stir the contents to prevent freezing the food.
