Once I felt the butter was mostly mixed it did look pretty powdery to me and not crumbly like how a streusel typically looks. Now I don’t know if that’s because I doubled the recipe and so that was a lot at once? Or if it’s just for the ratio I had for this streusel recipe specifically? But it didn’t automatically get the crumbly texture. BUT I did want to bake it to toast up the flavor a little bit so I threw it onto a baking sheet and stirred it around a little bit with a fork to evenly spread it and in that process the perfect crumbly texture came to life:) and my streusel turned out perfectly delicious:) So I gave 4 stars for now because of the little extra stirring I had to do with the fork but honestly that’s not a big deal to me, it saved me all the time of cutting butter in by hand that a few seconds of stirring is fine by me;) I will very happily continue using this attachment and am going to try it for other recipes like biscuits and such and will update my review here depending on how those go!
