The size and shape of these glasses is quite good. They are machine made, but the rim is nicely laser cut. Two reasons I didn't give them a 5; the stem is not perfectly smooth, there is a fine line on two sides, in addition every glass rocks slightly, none of the bottoms are perfectly level, although you wouldn't notice on a table cloth, etc..
