First, I’m reviewing the French Pearl groove White not the ice blue like it says here. I had the same set of Pfaltzgraff grapevine pattern dishware for over 30 years. I was ready for a change. I love these dishes. They’re heavy. The glazing is beautiful. And I love the little pedestal on the bowls. I didn’t get the mugs because I don’t need mugs. But this really elevates the appearance of my table… Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo yet. I’ll add one later. I was a bit nervous ordering these since they were a little pricey but oh my gosh! They are solid. They aren't too heavy but have a great weight to them. I LOVE THEM!!!! I bought the incanto vietri to mix and match with the forma cloud but they aren't the same color or style. Although they look great in the pics they did not work. The picture must have been edited because they are not the same color at all and do not look well together. Grateful I can return them. So instead I ordered more of the forma cloud. They are perfect for our home. We have 4 children and I did not want thin, flimsy china but these are great every day dinnerware with a little fun edge. Definitely worth the investment. Solid, heavy, and beautiful! Each plate has its own little quirk. One plate in particular has been dubbed the "feather plate" as it has what appears to be 2 feathers in the glaze. Although each plate is relatively the same, no 2 are identical. We absolutely love them. They're solid and heavy. I ordered 2 sets of the cream colored dinnerware sets. They were packed perfectly with absolutely no flaws, breaks or cracks. The color is definitely a cream color as seen in my photos, in comparison to the white in the photos. This set is absolutely gorgeous, both elegant and casual. The dinner plates fit perfectly in my cabinets with door closing easily. The salad plates are a great size, as well as the mugs. The bowls are perfect for soup, cereal, ice cream, etc. It's always a good idea to read the measurements of each to determine if they are right for you. The dinner plates I received all measure 11 3/8". They even have a "shelf" at the bottom of the plate for support to prevent any pressure from use, to break the plate. They just barely grazed the front of the cabinet shelf but the door closed perfectly without touching the dinnerware. This set is absolutely beautiful and received as described!. Sharon.
