This dish set comes with six dinner, six bowls and six smaller (salad/dessert plates). It was packed quite well with boxes within boxes. Nothing arrived damaged. The leaf pattern is on the dinner and salad/dessert plates. The bowls don’t have the leaf pattern but are large and very nice. There is a white background with a little gray throughout on all the plates and bowls. They seem very sturdy. I like that they are microwave and dishwasher safe. These dishes are really nice! They are lighter weight, which makes me worry they are a bit fragile. They are not marked as microwave and dishwasher safe, but the insert says they are. These dishes are absolutely gorgeous. There are variations due to the firing process that only enhances the beauty of these dishes. I like the slightly raised edges. I was pretty excited about these but in person they have this yellow tinge about them that is likely intended to make them look aged but it just looks dingy and dirty. The speckling is also a lot less subtle than pictured. With all of this, food would not look appetizing on them, in my opinion. But if those things aren’t a turn off for you, they are a great weight, not too heavy or too light, and feel high quality. I like their shape a lot, the angles to them and the depth. This colorful star 12 piece stoneware dinnerware set arrived quickly and intact. The dishes are a nice neutral color. The plates are a good size and I like the depth of the bowls.
