The first one would not grind. I returned it and got a replacement a few days later. The replacement has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s easy to set up. Assembly and setup were very easy and straightforward, and I was able to get it ready to use without any trouble. The controls are simple and intuitive, so there wasn’t much of a learning curve. I especially like the scheduling feature, which lets me set a specific time for the coffee to brew. It’s really nice to wake up and have fresh coffee ready. The weight feels reasonable and the glass carafe is easy to handle. I also really like the clean,simple design. Overall, I’m very happy with it. Unlike basic machines made with cheap plastic this one features a solid , well-built metal carafe that keeps coffee hot and feels incredibly sturdy.
