Enameled cast mini is a wonderfully exquisite holiday gift, especially for social media lovers. Just prep or cook your food in this mini pot and it will be photo-ready and presentable! One serving per enamel pot saves the trouble of reaching across the table to scoop a dish. Generally used to bake single-serving macaroni and cheese, french onion soup, boeuf bourguignon, and cheese-baked potatoes. This cocotte can be cooked on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops, and is oven safe to up to 500°F. Not recommended for microwave ovens. Add water or oil to the pot and cook with low to medium heat. The extra-heavy lid helps to seal in the moisture and keeps the food flavorful. Wash and dry the enamel-coated cast iron cookware before first use. Allow the cookware to cool before washing. Hand wash with warm soapy water is recommended. Use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils as metal can scratch the enamel. Use nylon pads or scrapers to remove the additional residue. Always dry the enamel cast iron cookware thoroughly before storing it in a cool, dry place.

First of all this is a nice set, which is why I am giving it 4 stars. The reason why I cannot give it five stars is because the color I picked based on the listing as well as the listing picture was redgold. Also be aware it is a 3 qt (the listing needs to be updated). I have attached my picture to show the color combination I received. I was disappointed in the color combination I received. Will not return since I did not want to go through any hassles and still receive the wrong product. For the price and quality, good product.. Keith. Madison, AL. Tue Mar 18 2025
