The Signature loaf pan is ideal for everything from bread and pound cake to meatloaf, brownies, and even ice cream. With a generous depth and capacity, it’s also great for bubbling casseroles and lasagna. Crafted from our legendary enameled cast iron, the excellent heat distribution creates golden brown crispy crusts and edges, while the straight sides make it easy to serve perfectly portioned slices. Durable and easy to clean, the interior surface is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron. The enamel develops a natural patina over time making it virtually nonstick and easier to maintain and clean.

Received this loaf pan to replace my tired aluminum spring form cake pan that was starting to fall apart after years of use. This one is made of sturdy cast iron that will last a lifetime. No metal utensils only silicone ones will keep the inner lining scratch free. Planning in making smaller sized lasagnas. Bread pudding, banana bread and brownies for the family and keto versions of these treats for myself. Everything bakes beautifully in this and releases very easily. Cast iron means this can be pre-heated on the cooktop before popping it in the oven. So versatile. The color Rhône is spectacular. Feels luxurious !. Acerulz. San Francisco, CA. Tue Dec 16 2025

Premium quality carbon steel material for even heating and exceptional durability

This is really a great bread pan! I love the sleek look and square shape of it. When I got it, I wasn't sure what the lid is for because you don't put it on while you're baking bread and after you bake it, you take it out of the pan so you wouldn't need a lid for storage either. The other thing that puzzled me is the small holes on the bottom of the pan. When you pour batter in it, it would drip out the holes. I tried looking up info on wayfair but they didn't have any so I looked up the manufacturer and found the pan but they didn't have answers to those questions either. I went ahead and made a loaf of banana chocolate chip bread and I will say, it came out perfect!! It baked up so beautiful and cooked evenly all the way around and had the perfect brown color. The best part of all was when after it cooled off and I flipped it over to take it out of the pan, I didn't even have to run a knife along the edges to loosen it. It just popped right out and didn't even stick a little. The bread was amazing. I did put it on a cookie sheet in the oven because of the holes on the bottom because it was leaking out. So definitely put it on a cookie sheet. This is a great bread pan.. Robin. Holiday, FL. Wed Aug 23 2023
