It is very simple to use. It didn’t come with a manual or any physical paper so I had to find the manual online. Not the end of the world but I still like paper for some basic info. It is VERY loud. This can make so much more than Greek yogurt (which is amazing in itself). The different settings make it really easy to use, and it's so much fun being able to experiment with different flavors and ingredients at home. The soft serve comes out creamy and delicious, and I especially love the dispenser—it makes homemade ice cream feel like a special treat from an ice cream shop! Another big plus is that the parts are easy to remove and clean, which is always important to me with kitchen appliances. This would be such a fun machine to have when family and grandkids are visiting, especially during the summer. I can already see us trying all kinds of different recipes together.
