This cabinet has a very small footprint and is dainty in the room. It seems like it’ll be a great amount of storage for a guest room because I want to keep the closet open for them to place their suitcases or items. The doors are a little tight right now but I’m assuming they’ll kinda loosen up as they get used. It’s nice that the doors don’t take up any space in the room because we have a Murphy bed in that room and when it’s down, it gets tight in there. This is a metal cabinet that I ordered for the kitchen to hold heavier appliances, glassware, oils and vinegars and spices. It works really well. You just have to make sure the feet are even so the doors close properly. One side door is harder to close than the other but this is due to the weight inside and the level of the bottom footing. I also wish there were more ways to secure the cord and light cord to the cabinet as otherwise it ends up looking a bit messier. Arrived promptly and extremely well packaged. Nothing damaged. There are A LOT of parts. I recommend having at least two ppl to put it together and an electric drill. My husband put it together while I got each part and the hardware ready for each step. There are 40 steps and this took 3 hrs to put together. The instructions are extremely clear and detailed, each part and the hardware are clearly marked and separated. We love it! Exactly what we wanted and needed! Wish they had it in other colors, but the black and brown is just right for our home. As mentioned in other reviews, it seems a little smaller than we expected, even though we did take measurements before ordering, but it’s perfect for our home! Two very minor complaints - the top cabinet shelves are not adjustable and it did take several hours to put together. You definitely need two people to lift the top portion on once it is together.
