The nonstick surface makes it a breeze to clean. The blue color is beautiful and makes it nice to display in my kitchen. I leave it on my stove since it's very heavy to take in and out of the cabinet. If you have any issues lifting heavy pots and pans, this skillet is not for you. The Staub Cast Iron Braiser, Dutch Oven 3.5 Quart was the perfect size for 2 to 3 people. Serving size says 2-4 and I think that will depend on how big of an apatite your family has. The Geraldine color is amazingly beautiful, so beautiful I think I will buy every piece of Staub it comes in. Wayfair packed this item for shipment very well, unlike some others who slap a printing label on the original box and ship with no protection for the long journey from warehouse to home. I appreciate the detail in how it was packaged, and shipment of this product was fast I received it sooner than expected which was very much appreciated!
