Pretty. But didn’t hold my knives like I wanted to. Only two on each side. I was hoping to to three

I love this knife block. It can hold the knife that I have that is too long for other blocks, and the knife that is too wide to fit into the slots. Looks great in my kitchen and keeps the knives that I love to use right at my fingertips.

I really loved this idea but the center areas of the unit does not have a magnetic strip so it only holds 2 knives per level.

The open airiness of the magnetic holders addresses a key concern of hygiene I’ve always had with closed knife slots, but no more! Absolutely love this!

This was the perfect solution for my compact kitchen as it allows me to store a good quantity of my knives neatly on a small footprint. For my more precious 240mm+ Japanese knives I also got some Zwilling felt knife guards as added protection for the tips, in case my wife pulls the block forward whilst cleaning and knocks the bottom, etc. They don't interfere with the magnets and add a layer of additional (invisible) protection. Would highly recommend.

I like this storage block. It holds my knives safely and is very attractive on my counter. The magnets are strong and secure but the knives are easily removed.
