The pitchers are great, luckily they survived the delivery. The only thing missing is one white lid. It no doubt, is laying in the back of the truck, since the delivery driver was one of the worst. He flew into our drive way right up to our garage in a U-Haul box truck. Good thing no was standing in our driveway he would have taken them out. I watched him walked to the back of the truck and remove a box that was clearly open, even his own picture showing proof of delivery, shows the box wide open. He never attempted to close the box back up to secure the bottles. In our Ring Camera video, you can hear the bottles clanging as he is walking them to our garage door. Well…..? I’m using decanter for alcohol in a restroom. The plastic wrap on the lid was too large to comfortably close, so a difficult journey to cut the plastic off without damaging the glass with sharp objects. Of course, the results were a sloppy fit, but for appearances, sits fine on top. Otherwise, in good shape. As for use as a whiskey decanter, I’d guess, it would be a little small? Lovely colors and shape. Convenient for keeping drinking water bedside. I do think the drinking glass/stopper should have at least a small diameter flat bottom, just in case. It would work and look the same as a "stopper" in the carafe but the set would not require 2 hands to pour in the middle of the night.
