If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, or failure to conform to this warranty, malfunction, liquids, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the invoice date.
