Love this rug! It’s thick, comfortable and looks like a 3,000 rug.

The quality of the rug is great, however, I didn't see that the rug has random splotches (see photos) which makes it look like a pattern mistake. If you look closely at the photos, the splotches are evident but we did not see them in advance. Wayfair kindly sent another rug but it had the same pattern problems. I would also say that the rug was closer to a warm gray than a blue.

This rug is not the color in the images. The image online have much more blue color. Rug is actually much less saturated and more gray and beige with just tiny hints of blue. I'm a professional photographer and am uploading a photo with a gray card. The image is white balanced to the gray card so you can see the actual color. Everything else about the rug is just fine but the color is so far off that I can only give it one star.

I was so disappointed to see that this rug has a printing irregularity over the diamond shapes in two opposite corners. I would like either a partial refund or to return the rug please.
