I thought about getting an ice cream maker machine and I’m so glad I got this. I read you need rock salt for machines and this bowl requires nothing. You just need to freeze it. Other than that it came with a decent amount of attachments and the bowl having a light is awesome. I also love that I can tilt the head back instead of having to lift the bowl out like my old mixer. This one is also a little lighter than my old one which is also nice. I hope this won’t end up getting messed up from mixing a lot and I may try to get some upgrades for the head bounce soon..
