Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, lovely aesthetics, and attractive wall decor. However, opinions on color are mixed, with many noting it is cream or beige rather than white. Customers also report quality and value concerns, noting flimsy metal, crooked candle holders, and a high price for the size.
