Welds were not very good. You could see them in the scroll work on the headboard. Silver bolts were on the side of the white frame. There were no instructions. Just tiny little pictures.. still might send it back....also this is made to be used with a footboard and rails. The bottom cannot be raised up like in the pictures if you use a conventional bed rail with wheels.

I like this headboard very much. My only disappointment is the large silver-colored screws that stick out on the sides and do not match the white headboard. I will have to paint them.
