Balcorne Upholstered Daybed

Exactly what we were looking for. It’s very comfortable and I get a ton of compliments on it! *note the back side is unfinished so we draped blankets over and it worked out just fine.

We are very happy with our purchase of the Balcorne Twin Daybed. The design style is beautiful and fits nicely in our spare room. The delivery and setup by the delivery crew were excellent. It was another wonderful Wayfair purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fabric was marked and discolored, as if it had been a floor model in a store window for years. Aside from that, looks nothing like the photo or description. yellow oak wood with bad white “distressing”, fabric is a weird yellow/beige, chemical smell is beyond terrible. I’m usually happy w/most Wayfair items but this was a disaster.

The color on the product is not right it’s more yellow. The wood is not as refined .

Beautiful and solid construction

It is very sturdy. It is a little bit difficult to get together. The wood is much more yellow appearing than it is in the picture. However, I like the design and the style and will likely try to chalk paint over it. It did have a bad smell, but it has aired out fairly well.

Excellent wood. Instructions and putting together simple. Be ready to have strength , as its real wood and can be heavy if alone.

The daybed is beautiful. The "distressed" look is tastefully done. However, the chemical smell is STRONG. The chemical smell is so strong that it permeates through the UNOPENED box.

So very pleased. Exactly what I wanted.
