This set of mixing bowls is on the smaller side (note picture with scissors for comparison) but great for mise en place or, in English, food prep. These are also perfect for cold leftovers (but don’t heat these in the microwave or oven!). The smallest bowl is about the size for serving salsa with chips. The biggest bowl is about the size you would want for a salad for 2-4 (depending if the salad is a side or a main). The lids form a tight seal and it’s really handy that each lid has a tab that makes it easier to open and close them. These are dishwasher and freezer safe which makes them quite functional. They’re also BPA free so they’re better for our health. Because these bowls nest into each other they take up just a small amount of space when stored.
