It's ok for the price but definitely not a high quality item. Outside of the arms has varying thicknesses of padding underneath, and the fabric pulled across it has some dimples, from where there is nothing under the fabric, to a little bit of padding. But not all that noticeable & this wasn't purchased to withstand anything but light use. Super easy to assemble.
