Fitz 24" Counter Stool (Set of 2)

These perfectly match kitchen chairs I already had from years before. They are good quality and very comfortable - I sit on the stool all day when I work from home with no issues.

Item arrived with a crack in the frame and dealing with customer service has been quite the ordeal for a resolution. These chairs look nice but are a bit flimsy and lower quality. The seat padding is very thin. It does look modern and wish it was easier to get what I paid for.

Im happy with the look but the Cushion on these chairs are too thin!!! I had to Reupholster all the chair cushions with 2 inch foam and new fabric, I had ordered 6 chairs for my island. Very disappointing!!! I did have one of the chairs replaced as well as it was cracked, when we first received. Replacement was sent and we were very satisfied with that outcome.

Enter at your own risk. They look great, just like the website. We like them a lot ... now that they're finally assembled. They feel a tiny bit "flimsy" so we will need to treat them more gently than our old stools. The fabric seat cover does not come off so we're sitting ducks if anything ever spills on them that won't come off. The worst part was having to use a DRILL to make pilot holes in the seat cover and chair, and then to drill in the screws. A DRILL! Nothing in the website description mentioned needing a drill. Why the company could not make 8 more holes to make it EASY on us to assemble (and make it faster) is beyond me! My husband is now looking at chairs too so I guess the assembly of the counter height stools wasn't all that bad! ;)

Very comfortable and well made

I didn’t love the quality of the material. It felt cheap, but it was sturdy and they look nice.

Had high hopes for these but despite following the assembly instructions, they’re still quite wobbly. Not built for long term use.
