About This Product

The Matfer Whisk has been a favored tool of professional French chefs for more than 30 years. Designed and manufactured in France, this whisk is comprised of 18/10 stainless steel flexible whisk wires designed to keep their shape. The wires are welded into a steel core and molded into an Exoglass® handle, a patented polyamide developed by Matfer. The handle is non-porous, waterproof, heat resistant, and won’t rust or deteriorate from heavy use. The rounded handle bottom prevents whisk from slipping into bowls or pots.
