File cabinet is a nice piece of furniture but it was a beast to assemble. It took me six hours to assemble it; two of the six hours could have been avoided if I have secured the cabinet to the wall. After assembling the cabinet and placing the folders it was really wobbly, so I decided to secure the cabinet to the wall. I did not expect much from this file cabinet as I was unboxing the pieces and separating them. The particle board is a lower grade, and the instructions were very poorly written. As the project progressed to the finished product, I was more than pleasantly surprised and pleased. It turned out that this is a very nice 2-drawer file cabinet that definitely serves the purpose. Time consuming to put together but the directions are easy to follow. Each drawer has its own separate key, which has pros and cons. Pro-each drawer is independent. Con-you have to keep track of four sets of key. The look of the file cabinet is nice. The quality is good. It holds a lot of files. Installing the locks was a huge pain.
