Very upset with this food processor. At first glance, it is a really smart looking piece. The black is nice and sleek and it’s the perfect size. Unfortunately, it won’t turn on. I get a constant E1 message which according to the instructions means the switch is not closed. I assure you, this thing is locked in place and everything is aligned perfectly. No matter what I do, the E1 keeps flashing and flashing. There is no troubleshooting section in that me manual, so I can’t remediate the issue at all. I was really looking forward to using this, but it’s not going to happen.

This is my first food processor and it seems to be working out great. How did I ever live without Very quiet operation and it even has suction cups to hold it to your counter tops. Worked great with ice too. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to make quick work of slicing. Fast delivery too.

I love this food processor so much. It makes quick work of so many kitchen tasks. Favorite things about it It looks sleek. The cabinet I have to store it in has a glass front so it’s nice that this looks nice and modern. It has suction cups to stick it to the counter. They work extremely well too. It keeps it from wandering when you are doing heavy work like kneading dough. It has a cord keeper on the bottom. Keeps it nice and tidy when storing. It works well! I have had other food processors and they don’t chop things evenly or don’t have the power to do certain jobs. This thing works like a champ. Things to be aware of The container goes into the base with the handle on either side. However, it will only work if the handle is on the same side as the control knob. There are safety mechanisms that will not be pushed if the handle is facing the other way and the display will say ERR. When I first tried to use mine I thought it was faulty because it would always go on for a second then say ERR. Then after inspecting how it worked I was able to determine that I had the container on backwards! It would be nice if it only went the way that it worked or if the instructions specified which way to insert it onto the base.

The food processor shipped quickly and arrived damage free a couple days later. It has several different attachments depending on what your need is. It chips and shreds nicely and extremely fast. I live using it to shred cheese, it’s much easier than hand shredding. The food processor has a large feeding chute, timer, and multi speed.

The 1st one was giving error when plugged in called Wayfair and had a new within 6 days. Wayfair is on its game. Really nice processor. I think will work great and looking forward to using. Another winner here

This is a great food processor! the chute is very big so you can add a lot of vegetables at one time. I took off a star because I mainly got it for the excitement of the french fry blade however it made my fries like shoe string fries which aren’t my favorite. I wish there was an option to make thicker type french fries or crinkle cut. The fries were very small but still overall a great food processor. what would’ve took me 20 minutes to cut the fries, only took me 2 minutes!

No instructions of how it works Very bad to receive it with no directions how to turn it on or off.What a horrible experience
