Absolutely love my new Henckels knife set. It is my second set and the self sharpening block set is awesome!

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. We are one month into having them and the self sharpening ability is very beneficial. We had some knives end up in the dishwasher because we are not super careful about that with children. The handles very noticeably changed colors after being in the dishwasher so that was disappointing. Overall the knives stay super sharp.

What a joy it was when I made beef stew last night. Wow, I’m 70 years old. This is the first time I had knives I could cut up all this toast and vegetables without having to “saw” through them. Thank you Wayfair. Check back and I’ll let you know if they retain their sharp edge ads advertised

We love these knives. I love the fact that they sharpen every time you pull them out. Notice that the sharper isnt in all of the slots just 3 or 4 slots. The scissors work really good and they ate sharp. I would recommend them
