I bought a whole roast beef for 6 dollars a pound, at a restaurant supply store, sliced it myself and got the thickness I wanted. The range of thickness is such a bonus, I love that it has a dial, Im shaving my roast beef but Im slicing my Turkey breast thicker for hot Turkey sandwiches! This slicer has cut through every single cut of meat that I have tried like it was butter! I work this slicer hard and it does not feel like it is struggling at all, the motor is fantastic. Since the cooling wind hold might be able to cause deformation during transportation, we will specifically explain: the inside of this red cover is a cooling fan, which has nothing to do with the inside of the motor. If you receive a deformed cooling wind hold, please test the machine in time and contact our customer service. We will re-send this accessory in time, and its damage will not affect the function of the machine. Please rotate the thickness adjustment knob on the head of the machine, it can adjust the gap between the two grinding pads inside the machine. If you adjust the thickness adjustment knob continually, it will affect the grinding pads of the friction. With too much, the torque of the motor cannot drive. Just turn the thickness adjustment knob in the opposite direction. The machine may not discharge or stop working in the grinding of dry grain: first, refer to the description of the second point. If the machine fails to resume operation, it is most likely caused by abrasive flakes and grain blockage inside the machine. Open the machine compartment, remove the grinding pads, remove the grain in the machine compartment, and then reinstall the grinding pads. The machine does not work well when grinding wet grains or wet corns: machines grinding wet grains and wet corn, need to add water while adding grain or corn. The user is advised to connect a small water pump or water pipe to the hopper feed. If there is no water or too little water, the ground grains will become slimy and block the grinding discs. In addition, after grinding the wet grain, the boot bin should be disassembled to dry the grinding discs and the interior of the cabin. These parts are made of steel. If they are not dried, they will easily rust. First grinding: we recommend repeatedly grinding about 2 pounds of dry grain for 15-20 minutes to remove debris in the cabin.
