Love it but hate putting stuff together lol !!!!!!

First the customer service iswas great. We had to have the original replaced due to the heat lamp malfunctioning. You guys sent a new one but it has some defective parts, such as the wheels, the seed tray getting caught and the heat lamp not working again.

One piece bent so tray doesn’t go in completely but looks great

Love it just what we needed for movie night for the family!

This is a fun addition and a big hit with kids when we have parties. The popcorn tastes great and the machine is super easy to use.
