I'm getting a good night's sleep. This helps with my indigestion problem. It's a little bit wider than my mattress, but that is not a problem.

I purchased this not as a cooling item but to lift the upper body after my husband's eye surgery. It worked well but I would slid down on the pad as the night passed

Memory foam is really comfy. Bought it to try to avoid onset of vertigo while sleeping—hoping it will help. I’m using it on top of my mattress but instructions indicate can be used under mattress as well, so may give that a try.

Cannot find this size on any other website. Great quality. Need to get used to sleeping on my back as I'm normally a side sleeper. Sleeping on my back actually corrected my sinus problems, not related to this wedge pillow. The pillow helped with my acid reflux issue. Rather than having this issue almost nightly, this wedge pillow decreased the frequency of my acid reflux to only once a week, a major improvement.
