can't figure out how to return this, frustrated

Very nice construction and material. The pillows are a darker color than they appear in the photo.

The silk velvet is so soft! I wish I had a whole bedding set in this amazing fabric! I was lucky to get an open box of this euro sham and am delighted with the tactile feel of the fabric. To my surprise there were 2 matching shams stuffed into the box! I don't know if this is the way they normally come but is shown as a single on the website. They aren't my colors but grey is a good neutral color. I love the softness of the shams and will find a way to make sure they work in my bedroom redecorating! I got a great deal on a beautiful product!

Featuring a hidden zipper, I ordered it in sky blue and it works perfectly with my new bedroom colors of ivory, taupe, and blue. It's the perfect luxe and glam touch that I'm trying to achieve!
