Chicken broth with vermicelli, courgette cream, asparagus velouté with fried bread crusts... whatever delicious soup you put on your menu, the Intense 5 soup pan (24 cm) will be a pleasure to use. The solid 5-layer material up to the edge ensures good heat distribution and temperature control. Ideal for gas, because the walls of the pan absorb the residual heat from the gas flame, but just as suitable for all other hobs, including induction, and the oven. The double-walled lid has an extra insulating effect and fit perfectly. So you can preserve precious heat and vitamins and shorten cooking time. Especially useful when stewing vegetables for soup. The lid handle stays cool for longer and you can use the lid on any Demeyere pan with the same diameter. The special Silvinox® technology prevents discolouration, preserves the shine and ensures that you can clean your pan effortlessly every time. This soup pan can also be cleaned in the dishwasher, without any problems. Another bonus: the sturdy, welded handles stay cool for ages. This handy soup pan will be a delight to use in the kitchen.
