Can’t live without it. Hot or cold, small or large. It’s an easy 3 step process and I love it! I suggest not using tap water to avoid hard water rings around the basin; spring or filtered water is best. I also suggest gently washing the water basin. Scrubbing with an abrasive sponge or wire pads will cause scratches on the plastic. I’ve had it for a few years and use it religiously everyday and it’s still brewing strong. The model of a classic stainless steel percolator with a copper finish and keep-warm function brings coffee-making to your kitchen. Piping hot water percolates through the grounds and pulses up into the glass knob on top to create the familiar "Perk-perk" sound. Stay-cool bottom with a detachable cord lets this percolator go anywhere to serve, and it only needs to be plugged in to keep it hot.

Although it says 12 cup perculator, it’s taller and wider than my other 12 cup, and also lighter in weight, which makes it easier to pour. The spout also pours very nice. It arrived just as Wayfair said. The box however had a gouge in the side of the box that went through. Luckily when we opened it up the coffee maker was not damaged. Setup was very easy.
