Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 480 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.
