Considering the reasonable price, I was surprised at the excellent quality of the product. They are not flimsy or cheap....they feel comfortable in both hand and mouth. These forks are not 18/8, they are 18/10. You can check the Bon Chef website. I'm so glad I did because I bought them and I LOVE them.
